Conduct a 360-degree review of your position, partner with HR, Talent Acquisition and Hiring Manager to develop a job profile that best outlines the responsibilities and qualification.
Search Formulation
Using information gathered from profile development and needs analysis, launch extensive marketplace research, formulate a sourcing strategy that immediately put our clients at a competitive position in the hiring market.
Commencing the Search
Leverage our vast network to ensure the search is connected to the finest resource, based on market finding to continuously re-align the search direction, narrow down a working list of prospective candidates in this stage.
Selection Process
Act as a strategic partner during this selection process, from extensive behavioral based interviews, candidate presentations, client interviews, to shortlist finalists.
Reference Check and Offer Process
Once the final candidate is identified and mutual interest is established, ASG conducts minimum 2 professional reference checks; utilizing our negotiation experience to ensure a smooth process of acceptance and on-boarding.
Post Offer Follow-Up
Through this key transition period from acceptance to first 6 months, ASG will maintain an advisory role to both parties, conduct “gate check” at 7 days prior start, 2 weeks post start, 3-month and 6-month milestones.
