Contingent Search

Retained Search & Engaged Search

Our Retained Search and Engaged Search typically focuses on Senior management to C Level roles. ASG understands that companies often have policies that prevent them from deploying retained search firms. Hence, we have crafted a hybrid model; ASG will charge a one-time upfront engagement fee. The engagement fee will be deducted from the final placement fee that is due upon the successful completion of the search. ASG has a 6-month guarantee period on all candidates matched through Retained and Engaged Searches. In the rare event that ASG cannot fill the role, we will refund the engagement fee in full.

Project-based & Contract to Hire

Business evolves rapidly nowadays, and companies often demand for interim staffing solutions for short to mid-term projects, or to cover temporary workforce restructure such as maternity leave, FMLA, disability, etc. ASG offers projected-base placements as a value-added service, we apply the same search process on all interim, consulting positions to warrant the same quality as we produce for contingent and engaged models.
